QR codes for agencies and chain stores: what really counts when there are many codes
What this is about
Those who manage codes for multiple locations, customers, or product series have different problems than someone with two codes: creating series instead of clicking individually, separating codes per customer, and the question of what happens to hundreds of printed codes when a contract ends.
Nine providers side by side

What the table does not show
The codes themselves are technically equal everywhere — a QR code from provider A does not scan better than one from provider B. Differences arise from the conditions, and these are rarely on the price page, but in the fine print: cancellation terms, scan limits, and what happens to existing codes after the end.
Our plans
| Plan | Price | Dynamic codes | Commitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 € | 2 | none, no credit card |
| Start | €5.90 / month | 15 | cancel monthly |
| Pro | €14.90 / month | 100 | cancel monthly |
| Business | €49.00 / month | 500 | cancel monthly |
Our Business tariff covers 500 codes for 19.90 Euro per month, with CSV import and unlimited scans. What we don't have: team rights and a white-label interface — those who need both can find them at qr1.at and QR TIGER.
For the comparison to be meaningful, the other side must be included: A building block for target pages, forms for lead capture, digital business cards as a separate product, team rights and an API access does not offer Same-QR. Those who need that are better served by the larger providers — those who need the code itself, reliable and without limits, are with us.
Frequently asked questions
The 2 codes of the free plan remain and are scannable. In addition, with every provider of dynamic codes: the redirection runs at the provider's end, without access, the code leads to nothing. For signs that hang for decades, a static code is the safer choice.
Yes, in every plan including the free one. A scan is a redirect and costs fractions of a cent — a cap would be a sales barrier, not a technical requirement. Automated bulk retrieval is excluded, which does not generate real scans.
In the paid plans unlimited. In the free plan 3 times per code; additionally, destination changes are unlimited during the first 30 days after registration. The number of codes and all other features follow the plan you booked, during the trial as well.
