What is a dynamic QR code?
The printed QR code points to a fixed address on our side, which forwards the scan to your actual destination. You can change that destination anytime in your account — the QR code itself stays valid.
How much does Same-QR cost?
Free is free forever. Paid plans come in two lines: Restaurants from €5.90 and Marketing from €7.90 a month, each excl. VAT, cancellable monthly (at the end of the year when billed yearly).
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan with 20 dynamic QR codes requires no payment details.
Does my QR code still work if I cancel?
Yes, within Free: when your subscription ends, your account continues on Free. QR codes above the quota are paused after 14 days – a scan then shows a notice instead of the destination, and they come back as soon as your plan covers them again. We write to you three times before that.
Restaurants or Marketing – which line fits?
If you run a restaurant and want a menu: Restaurants. If you look after websites or campaigns for clients: Marketing. You can switch at any time.
