The number of codes determines the plan, and the tiers of the providers vary widely. With Same-QR, the Start plan covers this amount: 5,90 € per month, so 70,80 € per year with monthly payment — with annual payment, it is correspondingly less.

What distorts the calculation
- Monthly quotas: Bitly counts newly created codes per month. For a one-time series of 10 codes, this means several months or a larger plan.
- Annual commitment: Several providers show the annual price divided by twelve. The amount is still due in advance.
- Scan limits: A plan may fit the code amount and still fail at the scan limit once the codes are actually used.
- Tax and currency: Several providers show net prices, dollar prices fluctuate with the exchange rate.

For the comparison to be meaningful, the other side must be included: A building block for target pages, forms for lead capture, digital business cards as a separate product, team rights and an API access does not offer Same-QR. Those who need that are better served by the larger providers — those who need the code itself, reliable and without limits, are with us.

The 2 codes of the free plan remain and are scannable. In addition, with every provider of dynamic codes: the redirection runs at the provider's end, without access, the code leads to nothing. For signs that hang for decades, a static code is the safer choice.
Yes, in every plan including the free one. A scan is a redirect and costs fractions of a cent — a cap would be a sales barrier, not a technical requirement. Automated bulk retrieval is excluded, which does not generate real scans.
In the paid plans unlimited. In the free plan 3 times per code; additionally, destination changes are unlimited during the first 30 days after registration. The number of codes and all other features follow the plan you booked, during the trial as well.
