What is a dynamic QR code?
The printed code points to a fixed address on our side, which forwards the scan to your actual destination. You can change that destination anytime in your account — the code itself stays valid.
What happens after the trial?
For 30 days after registering you can change your destinations as often as you like. The number of codes and the other features follow the plan you booked, also during the trial. Every code you created stays scannable.
Are scans really unlimited?
On every paid plan, yes: what is limited is the number of codes, not how often they are scanned. The free plan includes 10,000 scans a month. Beyond that your codes keep working, but visitors see a two-second note “Created for free with Same-QR” before the destination. There are never ads.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. All paid plans run monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Paying yearly saves you two months.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan with two dynamic QR codes requires no payment details.
What happens to my codes if I downgrade?
You do not have to delete anything. Codes within the quota keep working; codes above it are paused after 14 days — a scan then shows a notice instead of your destination, and they come back the moment your plan covers them again. We write to you three times before that happens.
