Hotel and holiday apartment: Keep guest information up to date via assistant
Which information changes frequently
Digital hotel guest information is worthwhile for everything that changes: breakfast times in the off-season, a closed wellness area, construction sites nearby, the evening menu in the restaurant. Printed folders are too sluggish for this.
Hosted pages for rooms and the house
Using the templates from Same-QR, you build the digital guest folder from several small pages:
- All links: Wi-Fi notes, house rules, local tips, rating.
- Opening hours & directions: Reception, breakfast, restaurant, wellness, with a note field.
- Menu: the restaurant with daily special.
- Contact: a form for guest wishes and questions.
A QR code in the room leads to the link page, from there it continues. For Wi-Fi, Same-QR also offers a dedicated code type.
Change in conversation
Connect ChatGPT or Claude with Same-QR as a connector and log in via OAuth. Then the reception simply says:
- Breakfast is served from Monday 7:30 to 10 o'clock.
- "Write as a note: The sauna is closed on Wednesday for maintenance."
- "Add a button for the hiking bus schedule to the local tips section."
Show me every change before saving. The codes in the rooms remain the same.
Scheduling for breakfast and dinner
Starting from the Pro plan, a code redirects to different destinations based on time, day of the week, or date, with up to 10 rules: in the morning to the breakfast page, in the evening to the restaurant menu, in the house's time zone.
Organize multiple properties
If you manage multiple properties or vacation rentals, you can organize codes and pages by property using labels, up to 200 per account. An assistant can then specifically find "all codes in the lakeside house".
Conclusion: why Same-QR
Same-QR replaces the sluggish guest folder with pages you update in one sentence: link page, times, menu, contact, and Wi-Fi code, with Pro including scheduling. Your guests see no ads when scanning, and the codes in the rooms remain the same for years.
Try it yourself: sign up for free at sameqr.com. Two dynamic QR codes are free forever, no credit card needed, the paid plans can be cancelled monthly, and your guests never see ads when they scan.
Frequently asked questions
Not necessarily. A code per room makes sense if you want to see scans per room or inform rooms differently.
Create a separate page for each language and link it from the link page.
Same-QR has its own Wi-Fi code type. Scanning is sufficient to connect.
